Carousel

Carousel champions the rights of artists with a learning disability to flourish and be celebrated. We do this through a range of projects including; The Rock House, Blue Camel Club, Carousel Radio, Oska Bright Film Festival, Creative Minds and more. Carousel has been working in Brighton since 1982.
