We are proud to welcome you to Eastern Leisure Centre! Located just off one of Cardiff’s main M4 commuter routes, our centre offers a wide variety of facilities to help you get fit and stay active including, a 25m swimming pool, 90 station state-of-the-art gym with dedicated strength and functional fitness training zone, large fitness class studio, outdoor 3G pitch and multiple meeting and training rooms. We offer weekly fitness classes includes Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Boot Camp, Group Cycle, Circuits, HIIT, Water Workout, and Tai Chi; there is something for everyone. We also offer dedicated classes for our 60+ community, junior members and have also launched basics (beginner/low impact) classes. If racquet sports are your thing we have two squash courts, 3 badminton courts and table tennis available for hire. The sports hall is ideal for football, volleyball or basketball. We also have a popular birthday party provision for all ages including soft play and both dry and pool based inflatables. Rooms can be easily booked and utilised for community, commercial or private hire. We deliver school holiday activities in addition to family swimming and free swimming for under 16’s too.
