Some 20 years ago we were the traditional High Street Electrical retailer selling TV’s, Videos, Hi-fi’s, Washing Machines, Fridges, Kettles, Irons, Batteries etc, from 3 stores in Birmingham. However, in 1997 we made the conscious decision to concentrate purely on “white goods” from our warehouse in Harborne. Our business has grown every year since on the back of offering our customers a high-quality service, best advice, prompt timed delivery and keen prices. Our team is totally dedicated to helping our customers make the right decision. All our staff are very experienced, knowledgeable about the products and committed with help and advice every step of the way. Together with concentrating on the medium to high-end manufacturers with direct accounts to all our suppliers we can follow customers’ orders through the system directly. We therefore believe the steady repeat business and customer referrals are our prize assets and testament to our success. Our warehouse also displays Built-in Appliances including Single and Double Ovens, Gas, Electric Ceramic, Induction Hobs, Dishwashers, Refrigeration, Coffee Makers, Warming Drawers, Combination Microwaves and the increasingly popular Wine Coolers and Steam Ovens. We are members the Euronics group the largest Independent buying group in the industry with some 630 members and some 1350 outlets nationwide.
