Lila was created with the intention of bring wellness and care in all levels (body, mind and soul). Our spiritual therapies fusion is what makes us special and we believe that everybody deserves to find their inner truth.We have different options of pass, wether you are a regular practitioner or new to yoga. Our classes are intimate and more personal, therefore spaces are limited. We advise you to book in advance. Special Moments Classes include packages for “Mommy and Me Yoga” and Pre&Postnatal Yoga. Exclusive classes to accompany mom during this so special time since pregnancy to baby’s first months. All postures are safely adapted and classes are individually instructed.
