We manufacture masks for airbrushing plastic models.TopNotch began out of a need for an accurate way to paint camouflage patterns on scale models. The first mask was designed for a Tamiya Mk I Spitfire on 1/48 scale. Although masks were available in the marketplace, they showed a number of inaccuracies when comparing the camouflage scheme to historical photographs.The first mask was designed by a modeler for a model and there was very little thought of providing masks on a commercial basis. Other modelers commented on the finished model Spitfire and began requesting masks for their own use. As the second and third mask was developed more and more people within the modeling community asked for a mask set and so TopNotch Masks was born.We welcome inquiries from Hobbies Shops for a trade account
