Within 600 yards walk is a superb country pub adjoining the Church Green. The world-renowned River Meon, one of the rare chalk streams, is within a short walking distance, as is the converted, 11-mile Meon Valley Railway Line which you can use for walking, cycling or horse riding. Various golf clubs, fishing areas and riding facilities are within easy reach. The Wayfarers Walk can be joined within walking distance of the cottages on this part of a 71-mile trail from Inkpen Beacon to Emsworth.
