Louise Hutchings teaches yoga in Berkhamsted, an historic market town in the Chiltern Hills in Hertfordshire, England. She teaches with a combination of various styles of yoga, adding creativity of flowing movements, focusing on breath awareness throughout the practise, leading to inner peace and relaxation. Recently she has added pregnancy yoga classes to her teaching. -My aim throughout my teaching is to bring out the inner teacher within the student, to encourage confidence and to practise in a safe and positive way allowing the body to be open and energized to its full potential.- The class level is mixed ability, which allows a clearer understanding of how unique and diverse each student is. Young or old can benefit from this wonderful ancient system.
