We provide kids yoga and mindfulness training to your teachers, or direct to your children. The ZenKids and ZenTeens programmes are based on yoga with emphasis on movement & mindfulness for children and young adults. The trainings are written by yoga and mindfulness seniors, occupational therapists and school teachers. We have programmes suitable for every key stage, pre-school to teenagers.
