Welcome to BFIT, My name is Brandon Cox and I am an enthusiastic fitness athlete, passionate about helping others reach their full potential and goals, whatever the circumstances. Fitness to me covers a wide range of areas such as mindfulness, wellness and success as well as looking and feeling good. My motto being 'you get what you put in'. By working together on a your personal program, I can guarantee you will achieve the results you envision. I will motivate and guide you closely. When tracking a tailored fitness regime suited to you and your goals, I will work alongside you to monitor nutrition and will attentively track your progress. We shall keep records of your workout because this helps to connect mentally with the structure and makes it easy to see your own achievements in progress. My areas of speciality are mobility, calisthenics (bodyweight conditioning), hand balancing, muscle tone and development, weight loss, weight/gain (muscle hypertrophy).
